与之伴生的是机器智能(Machine Intelligence,即MI)的概念。事实上,在全球对制造业提高重视的背景下,机器智能正被赋予了新的期许。值得注意的是,作为我国国民支柱、亦是机器“重地”的制造业,其转型升级正有赖于与人工智能的深度融合。其中,关键的生产设备智能化是实现智能制造的前提条件和关键难点,也是机器智能发挥作用的关键领域。从生产流程而言,机器智能应用在企业、生产线、车间、工厂的生产过程中,能够实现加工质量的升级、加工工业的优化、生产的智能调度和管理,推动企业生产能力的技术改造和智能升级。

Artificial intelligence is not only entering the machine, but also approaching humans, thus achieving human machine integration.



Human machine integration at the narrow level means that humans connect their own nervous system with computers and other machinery to achieve the effect of making up for human senses and sports defects, and even achieve the result of merging human consciousness with computer AI.


However, the broad-based human-machine integration also includes human-machine collaboration. The relationship between people and machines is no longer a master-servant relationship, or an alternative relationship, but a partnership. Simultaneous manipulation of multiple robots at the same time can improve efficiency and increase flexibility; coordination and interaction between humans and robots will not only improve the machining accuracy and processing speed of the robot, but also enhance the self-learning function of the robot.



The data shows that the current robots mainly include industrial robots, service robots and special robots. Among them, industrial robots are mainly used in 3C assembly manufacturing, logistics storage and handling, and agricultural and sideline products manufacturing. Service robots have market space in the fields of robot assistants, chat and escorts. The main application markets for special robots are smart cars and drones. Specialized areas such as medical surgery and financial transaction decision making.
